Shifting worlds, integrating worlds

This integrated approach to addressing institutional challenges will assist organizations such as government, non-profits, counselors, advocacy groups, medical professionals, and schools to create positive changes, safer educational environments, and other healing spaces that are founded in integrity and diversity.  This service is group process oriented, rather than project-based.

 

Community Consultant (project based)

Working with educational institutions, government, and non-profits.

Leadership building in the areas of cultural diversity inclusion, staff retention diversity issues, and gender equity.  Judith will work with project teams that include policy analysis/implementation, city and county development, neighborhood development, transportation, economic-social development, and organizational development.  This service is project-based.  This consulting is beneficial and Judith is experienced in Title VI projects in helping project teams meet and exceed goals.  Judith can help you to understand your organization and reach the community by avoiding "development speak" and learning how to help the community be at the center of the project. 

 

Personal Growth Facilitation 1 to 1 Coaching

Education that is founded on anti-oppression praxis in order to create beneficial personal and social change.  This is ideal for people who serve others such as teachers, medical professionals, counselors, city planners, advocates, and counseling/3 p.m. students.
