Judith has 30 years of expertise in areas of public involvement, education, facilitation, and mentorship. This includes training, outreach, education, resource development, group development, organizational development, neighborhood development, diversity capacity building, and leadership development. Judith is passionate about reaching people to improve their lives and to help build communities. Some projects include: Eugene City Hall Master Plan, Downtown and Riverfront EWEB Master Plan community input, City of Eugene Neighborhood Association Latino Outreach Development, West Eugene EmX, Springfield Main Street project, Springfield 20-year Master Planning process, Public Art Project Wilsonville Oregon, Aspire Program Communications for college-bound students, Envision Eugene Outreach, Lane County Justice Center, Lane Transit District Public Outreach, River Road Transit, ODOT Eugene Area Construction Outreach, Eugene Town Square, Housing and Community Development Plan, Santa Clara River Road Outreach Learning Project, Wilsonville Transit Planning, and Huerto de la Familia.

In addition, Judith has taught and facilitated Cultural Capacity Building trainings for NAMI board development (National Alliance for Mental Illness) City of Eugene Police Department, Sexual Assault Support Services, and Womenspace. Judith is a teacher-speaker in the areas of counselor training, empowerment, equity, race, class, and gender issues. She has taught in higher education for Lane Community College and the University of Oregon for traditional college students, youth, and immigrant women. She has been a parent educator for Centro Latino and Birth to Three, a Childcare provider trainer in abuse prevention and reporting, and an advocate trainer. She accomplished a 9-month long Latina empowerment group with Centro Latino.
